Funding opportunities go down a storm with SMEs

Funding opportunities go down a storm with SMEs

The latest in a series of successful Focus on Funding workshops was held in Crawley recently, with a vast audience in attendance to hear about the grants available to SMEs in the South East.

A lack of awareness about funding opportunities is just one barrier to growth that Ngage Solutions wants to remove from the path of SMEs, and so it was great to see a high turnout of businesses at the event and to hear that it was well worth their time.

The free event was universally popular with 100% positive feedback and 96% of attendees ‘very satisfied’.

Luke Faulkner of Grants for Eco Innovation, James Golding-Graham of Low Carbon Workspaces and Sam Hampton of Sustainable Routes were among the speakers, while others were present from Velocity Growth Grants, Coast to Capital, Enterprise Europe Network, Growth Accelerator, Manufacturing Advisory Service, the Technology Strategy Board and UK Trade & Investment.

Each speaker gave an informative presentation that went down well with a 40-strong audience that gave glowing reviews:

‘Excellent content’.
‘Great to have all of this useful information concentrated in this short time’.
‘Really valuable run-through of funding available to businesses’.

The only thing to do after such a successful event is to organise more of them. We are planning more Focus on Funding events across the South East, so if you would like to attend, please register you interest at events@ngagesolutions.co.uk.
