    The overall function of the role is to provide effective and efficient administrative support for the Low Carbon Workspaces (LCW) programme.

    This is an exciting role for the right candidate. You’ll be working with a small dynamic team and communicating with businesses on a day-to-day basis.

    As the first point of contact for the project you will require excellent communication skills. You’ll need to be organised and able to manage your own workload. You will be competent in using MS Office programmes and ideally have experience using a CRM system or other database. You’ll need to be able to arrange internal and external meetings and take clear minutes.

    This role will be based in central High Wycombe.

    You will be an enthusiastic individual and someone who will enjoy working with businesses of all sectors to help them capitalise on the grant funding opportunity to improve the efficiency of their operations and reduce their business running costs and carbon footprint.

    The overall function of this role is to help businesses identify energy and resource efficiency projects towards which they can apply for grant funding. To assist businesses with the grant application and claim process. To help appraise applications, monitor the performance of funded projects and report on progress. To promote the Low Carbon Workspaces grants to SMEs in Hertfordshire through liaison with suppliers, partners, identified stakeholders and by working closely with the Ngage Marketing Team.

    This role will be based in Hertfordshire with regular trips to our office base in High Wycombe.
